The assassin didn't make even the slightest noise as she was grabbed, nor as she felt the light impact through her assailant. She just remained silent. As they hit the ground, she didn't struggle. She just remained completely silent. She didn't even move when Tyaethe did release her, though she was certainly still breathing. It didn't really matter what happened to her anymore. She'd failed so completely, it just didn't matter.

All she felt now was anger and sorrow.
