Aye, a reboot of some sort is necessary at this point. Whatever keeps the RP going is fine by me. 

If we can't find any other people, we can always have Vaincur fall under the pressure of sun-worshippers, unruly peasants, etc and keep it as an NPC nation of sorts. Another person at the helm of the country would be preferable though.
