The cloth across her face provided needed warmth, and while some of her more extravagant features were hidden, the curvature of her body was hard to hide. Her weapons already stowed in the many holsters of the gear, Scarleth smirked slightly. She craved the rush of bloodlust, the release with each life she claimed. It was the closest thing to an emotion that she allowed herself to feel, allowed herself to crave more of. Exiting the airlock with the others, Scarleth kept her gaze focused forward, her augmented eye setting to work. Each individual near her received a slight marker, with the distance and angle required for an effortless kill calculated before a single second passed. It was an automatic program, one that served her well through her time. Exit strategies were outlined, all of the accompanied with success ratings, lower the more dangerous and foolish the attempt. To anyone who glanced at her replaced eye, it appeared identical to her natural one, as if she wasn't just a serial killer who accepted credit cards. Scarleth frowned slightly, glancing at the four ships in the hangar. Making a mental note of it, she didn't note any obvious signs of life. The ships merely remained there in position. Ruby Red quietly approached each additional ship, scanning them quickly. Her suspicions were confirmed: they were empty. Rejoining the group, with her silence and stealthiness that came with her line of work, she doubted anyone would have noted her temporary absence. The first hallway presented a sight Scarleth was accustomed to: corpses. Despite Callum and the others stepping over them, Scarleth bent down next to them, examining them quickly. Holes had torn apart the bodies, likely gunshot wounds. The lack of blood tipped her off, however. Grimacing a bit, Scarleth knew there were only a few methods in which to avoid spilling blood. The blood pressure would have to be eliminated. Perhaps the guards were already dead. And judging from the direction they ran towards, the attack occurred internally. It wasn't from an invading outside source. It was something already there on the planet. Scarleth frowned slightly--if her thinking was correct, they were headed straight for it. More corpses and more emptiness only appeared to confirm Scarleth's premonitions. Only the hum of equipment broke the silence, for the most part. Power supply is still operational, Scarleth confirmed to herself. The possibility then of the guards' blood pressure dropping drastically from severe cold was then ruled out. Laser guns could instantly cauterize a wound, of course, but she doubted it. The corpses didn't seem to have the telltale burn marks. Absorbing the schematic, Scarleth's eye flagged the various discoveries on it. The laboratory seemed as good as any of a spot to start, especially with the lack of scientists. Personnel records would be kept, Scarleth figured. Quietly approaching one of the computer terminals, Scarleth turned the volume off, typing in a command for the computer to generator closed captions. She didn't dare make too loud a sound. She knew they likely weren't alone. Scarleth stepped back, glancing at the screen, as she waited for the personnel logs to be displayed. Waving over One-Arm, she motioned towards the computer program, communicating silently. She wasn't a hacker by trade. With his computer augmentation, however, she figured that he'd be able to crack it. The logs would be crucial. Raising a finger to her lips, she indicated the need for absolute silence.
