[@Orion] Now that Khint is mass producing them, yeah, they're actually common now, and, though prices are still higher than a well made blade, they used to be a lot more expensive when people had to search and even spelunk for them. So yeah, I think it's logical for a Lord to purchase some Lapi for his workforce.
