I'm aware that's a panther, I was referring to the slogan underneath it.

Also, it's not alluding to the Black Panthers, the Blank Panthers name was an allusion to the Tuskegee Airmen. The Black Panthers didn't come around until (officially) 66' (it became an idea during the 60's) while the Tuskegee airmen were only active until '52.
