As for when it happened I'm assuming probably around when you first become a knight you get some insight into their past and the things they've done. Though now I see I might have misread the intent.

As for Eliabelle's response, I suppose, but at the same time I figured trying to talk reasonably with foreign nobility when you're really mad is not the best idea either.
