The only reason why the box was so large is because she can't trust Kai to be out and about without getting hurt... She took out the bandaging wraps and the ointment for Masako's wounds. Zuki slightly rubbed in the ointment into her wounds and then fused the bandages with sun flames and then started wrapping her wounds.
