Lucidian sighed as the girl rudely 'apologized' to the boy that was run over by the group. He could easily hear it all the way from the bench, also his ears made him feel like some sort of dog with bigger ears for better hearing. It's a little weird to him, but at least he could eavesdrop on people without having to go all the way near them unlike most people. The boy didn't seem to show any care for it though, glancing at Lucas for a few moments before continuing on. [color=00a651][i]Must be thinking about how I'm [b]not[/b] enjoying the new school year like him. I wouldn't be surprised if I'm right,[/i][/color] he thought with a smirk, watching the boys movements until the other more popular-looking ones walked over to him. It was surprising to him that he was paying attention to people [i]at all[/i], with those headphones and [b]snotty ass look[/b], he still managed to go over to the one that was [i]literally[/i] stepped all over and ask if he was alright. A light nudge came from somebody's elbow, Jennifer poking at him to get him out of little trance.

[color=0072bc]"How are you even controlling yourself to [i]not[/i] beat up those girls that run the kid over?"[/color] she asked. The book in her hand was gone from neatly placing it back into her backpack (then of course fixing up Luke's backpack so it doesn't look like a weird pile). A smirk formed on her face as he waited for his reply.

He was too busy giving her a dark glare to give an answer before something popped up in his head. [color=00a651]"Weeell, maybe 'cause I can get with those chicks 'cause I'm just as hot? I haven't even talked to anybody yet. Just let me be."[/color] A toothy grin spread on his face as Jennifer immediately frowned with a smack to the face using her hand. It [i]was[/i] true that he was technically one of those cute or popular type of kids (that would get into as much trouble as possible), but she didn't think a girl like that would get close to him hanging out with a girl that still tries to wear outfits similar to school uniforms.

[color=0072bc]"You really are a pervert,"[/color] she told him while adjusting herself so she laid on the bench with Lucidian's shoulder as a pillow. He laughed and just let her be there, continuing to stare down any students that entered or just stood out to him.
