[b]Personality[/b]:  Intelligent and reserved, Andreas is a good listener but a relatively quiet person. An introvert when younger; catching, training and battling Pokémon brought him out of his shell and taught him people skills. Andreas is most comfortable in silence and while he has a strong exterior is often brought down by his thoughts of inferiority and failure. Kind but firm, Andreas is no pushover as person or a trainer but is fair and understanding. A private bookworm, when alone he enjoys the company of his Pokémon and a good book although doesn't find as much time for it as he'd like. Andreas is ambitious and loyal and even on the road to achieving his own goals often puts others needs before his regardless of consequences.
[b]Hometown[/b]: Bigfjord City
[b]Background[/b]:  A city boy born and raised, Andreas finds solace in the hustle and bustle of city life. Andreas was raised by a single mother during his childhood, his father had left with aspirations of becoming a Pokémon Master and never returned. Andreas doesn't find himself feeling bitter to his Father, instead he prefers to think that there was good reason for his abandonment and perhaps if not lost or dead, his Father achieved his dream and is looking for the family he left behind. Pokémon had always been a fascination of Andreas', his uncle a Pokémon Daycare owner is responsible for Andreas' introduction into the World of Pokémon and taught him much of what he now knows today about the creatures.

A trouble maker in adolescent years, especially around when Puberty hit, Andreas seemed to keep falling in with the wrong crowd. His mother always scolded him for his poor ability at picking friends. Mischief lead to petty crime which in turn could have gone down a much darker path if it wasn't for the six months Andreas spent living with his Uncle after being caught trying to break into a PokéMart with a local youth gang. It was at this point in time that it became clear to Andreas. He wanted more than to live and die in the same city, all his life doing the same stupid things with the same group of losers who at the bottom of his heart, Andreas knew were going nowhere. Like many at his tender age, he began exploring all the different options relating to Pokémon in his future, daycare work seemed honorable and he took a lot of inspiration from his Uncle. At the same time, there was a desire to be the best, catch every type of Pokémon and become a Pokémon Master. It wasn't until his first Gym battle some time later, where Andreas' first badge was earned that he knew he had found his calling. Andreas was to become a Gym Leader and then to further himself even more a League trainer and maybe even someday, one of the Elite Four.
[b]Kind of Pokémon you like[/b]: Andreas likes many type of Pokémon and prefers a balanced approach.
