The first one's a job from Beacon/Ozpin, so there's no way Mauve would take it, and the third one's about symbolism and honour, which means she'd probably laugh at the idea of her being involved in it for various reasons.

I think the second mission's the only one she'd take.

Edit: Actually, I'm not 100% on how that'd be either. I've got some ideas, though.
