Fenton Kelly opened up this office very shortly after moving to shine city against the wishes of his superior who wanted to him to take it easy. This is located above one of the massage parlors in the slightly more raunchy end of shine city. Fenton provides an investigation service to whoever needs something found or found out. But because of the low crime nature of Shine City, most of his cases so far have just been to spy on cheating wives and husbands. He finds this work slightly too easy, but appreciates its better than sitting around 'relaxing'.

[b]Personality[/b]: Fenton is very straight to the point and can seem cold and distant sometimes, especially when working. His sleeping pattern and drinking habits make him very moody during the day time. He has a strong sense of justice but also is a man of many legal vices such as gambling and women. He is known for having an almost non existent temper although he always seems mildly irritated.


[b]Backstory:[/b] Fenton was always going to be a cop, he had a strong sense of authority even as child, who would always dictacte the rules of every game they would play and make sure everyone stuck to them. His career in the police force was pretty mundane to begin with, and he almost quit on two separate occasions due to boredom. But after sticking with it he finally came upon a case he couldn't take his mind off. The murder of a cult leader in his own mansion. The details of the incident were very strange with many witness reports alluding to something supernatural at play. The police commission quickly buried the case and listed the murder as unsolved, which angered Fenton. He then went on to become a private investigator and joined the Neo-City detective club. Where he would only take up cases that interested him, including the supernatural.

On the orders of his superiors in the detective club he has been ordered to take some time off before his next case. He didn't want to travel too far, so he decided to head to shine city for some well deserved rest and relaxation. However he wasn't able to stay inactive for long and has already set up his own private eye service on the edge of shine junction, hoping to solve whatever mysteries he can in this lovely city that has almost zero criminal activity.
