Size: The avatar could be 150x150, and as for the signature, I don't quite know the sizes but a rectangle would be nice, as long as it fits within the signature box.

Text: Please put the name "Kobayashi" in the signature alone, not the avatar, in all caps. Any modern looking font will do.
Other: Spice it up. Make it a bit crazy. I want it to match my personality.
