[Anthony] Somehow, I could still see, but only just barely, as Celes, apparently angry at Reshiram for attacking and knocking out Spruce, attacked the legendary pokemon with her chains of light... however, even if it was supposed to be super-effective, and even if she was furious... the multiple chain attacks did... nothing. Reshiram roared, and blasted Celes with a giant beam of some sort, a hyper beam... I've only seen that move used once, before, and that was in a play... and was also fake. Seeing the real thing would have probably made me shiver, especially as used by a legendary of Reshiram's caliber. "FOOLISH INTRUDERS! YOU DO NOT KNOW THE POWER THAT YOU FACE, HERE!" Reshiram said as he roared, again... though, he seemed a little exhausted after that, which gave the Charizard and Salamence enough time to actually attack the thing, again, with a dragon claw, and a dragon pulse respectively... oddly enough, even these moves didn't seem to do much to Reshiram. "Why...? Why did it have to end like this...?" I managed to say through the pain, through the weakness. I probably wasn't helping matters much, but, then again, it really did look bleak. Our teammates were getting flung and knocked out like rattata, and we can't do a single thing to our opponent... worse, if he had hyper beam, that meant that we couldn't safely use our strategy, at least, not if Celes got knocked out, too. Sure, if we knew about it, and someone took the attack, and didn't get KO'd, we could have Miles take his hyper beams... but that was no longer an option.
[Nina] We all continued forwards as the golurk seemed to be confused by everything around him. However, once everyone started talking, he seemed to snap out of that confusion. "Yes... somewhere safer would be nice, but I wouldn't suggest looking too far into this. It could lead to your death... or worse," That sort of warning was pretty common, and almost always wrong. If we stopped looking into this, and nobody else ever does, then HE, or IT might end up taking over, and nobody would know how to stop it, or even if it's possible. "And yes... he looks quite a bit like that... a strange, scrambled monolith. Please don't tell me you've encountered HIM before," I then piped up with "Yes, we did, and we lived to tell the tale. Teleportation is an amazing power, isn't it?" that seemed to make him more scared than impressed, and I had to wonder why. It's not like we actually got corrupted by that thing, as far as I can tell, we didn't even get hurt from it, but, that didn't matter, as the golurk seemed to fly into a rage, and shout "YOU ARE HIS AGENTS! I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN!" I then jumped back, and tried to say something, managing to say "Um... wait! I-if we were agents of his... then why the heck would we ask you about him, huh?" this seemed to thankfully calm him down before he attacked, and he answered with "I suppose that makes sense... an agent of his would not desire to, nor need to, learn about him... and they certainly wouldn't attack other, stronger agents, let alone question them afterwards," That was close... but why did he assume we were his agents? Does a simple attack from him corrupt? I suppose that would explain the weird... zombie... we saw earlier. I thought as we continued on, eventually coming to a gap that was high enough to lead to our deaths if we fell.
[Bonnie] As soon as everyone was on the other side, I tried to answer Tini's simple question, but the client decided to do so for me "What's next!? You're supposed to be helping me find my lost love. He got lost, remember?" I then responded with "He... doesn't remember stuff for too long," the client sighed at that, and we moved on, making it past a strangely suspicious waterfall on our way. I could have sworn I saw a red tentacle in there, but, then again, a water type probably wouldn't have gotten this far up a mountain, where there's almost no water, at least, a water type that was reliant on the sea in some way wouldn't. I heard another roar, this time, thankfully, it was more quiet than the last one, and I could almost hear some speech in there "...AND THEY'LL TARGET MY CRYSTAL NEXT! I MUST PREPARE!" that confused the heck out of me... what crystal? Who would target him? Who was he, and why did he need to prepare? That roar raised too many questions, and I didn't feel like I should try to answer them, myself. The client seemed just as confused, as she just stared at me, and then Tini, almost as if asking if Tini could have made that roar. I shook my head, as his voice wasn't anywhere near as deep as... whoever that was... and we somehow seem to have made it to the top without too many more complications. I could see the lost nidorino talking to some random abra, and a strange altar. The client tried to head to her love, and the nidorino ran to her... but, another roar stopped them both in their tracks, and a giant green snakelike creature descended from the skies, and oddly slowly, too, given the thing's lack of wings. "YOU! You want my void crystal, don't you!? YOU WILL HAVE TO DESTROY ME BEFORE YOU CAN GET IT! I WILL NOT LET CRIMINAL SCUM LIKE YOU TAKE IT!" the snake, who I just figured out was rayquaza shouted at us before trying to attack me with a dragon claw! Thankfully, I was too quick for him, and I jumped out of the way of the attack.
