He isn't exactly built for melee, but he can definitely fire a bow. His green eyes often go unnoticed as they are often stuck in a book. It'll probably just be used to make his otherwise mediocre bow skills semi-helpful or as a back up when he inevitably runs out of arrows)
Personality
Ryan is a neutral person at best, he is usually much too lazy to step in to help a stranger if he doesn't see any benefit. Though, if it's convenient and he doesn't see himself being harmed as a result...well it really depends on his mood. On the other hand, he is easy to befriend as simply sharing one's name with him marks them as an acquaintance. He will usually back up people he knows with hardly any hesitation, though he usually won't put himself between another and danger. He's almost always tired, because of his lethargic nature, many see him as a lazy good for nothing (which is just fine with him). He tends to at least find interest in watching people, at least from a spectator's point of view. Those close to him know that he pays much more attention than he lets on, his muttered quips are a good sign of that. Ryan always seems to at least be content with his situation, so long as he has an idea as to what's going on he can manage to keep a straight face.
Background
Ryan's entire existence was always pretty uneventful. He went to a private school, attended an Archery club, and read books. Outside of he hardly did anything. Most of the people he considered to be friends were helplessly introverted, so hanging out with them outside talking online was hardly an option. Despite being in an archery club, his aim was far from spectacular. He couldn't exactly hit a bull's eye, but he could at least keep his shots on the general target. Even with his meager skill however, he still enjoyed the activity. Unfortunately, because he wasn't exactly an asset to the club, he was kicked out. Not that it really mattered to him, he could still use the range and the targets so long as the club wasn't practicing. Before he was drawn into the world, he was in a grocery store pushing a cart around. Before he had actually grabbed all of his groceries, he found himself outside in a totally unfamiliar place. All he currently has is his clothes, his phone, and the grocery basket he was pushing beforehand.
Likes
Books, spicy food, sweet things, animals, sleep. Yep, even to the trained eye Jiru looks like a common thief. He doesn't really have much intent to hide it either, if anything people being on guard makes his job more interesting.
Age: 20

Gender:Male

Race
Neko
Magic
Fire, though he generally only uses it for a distraction.
Divine Protection of Pathfinding(Aka Hardcore Parkour)
Essentially his intuition allows him to navigate narrow paths and avoid dead ends whenever possible. That isn't to say that it's impossible to force him into a corner, but if there's any way to escape he'll know for certain. (I like to imagine that it's like in video game cinematics when characters seem to know exactly where to turn or what ledge to grab while fleeing)
Personality
Jiru is a very friendly fun loving individual that often finds himself returning items that he steals, assuming said items have some deep sentimental connection to the person he took them from. While he often curses his inability to turn that side of himself off as it can occasionally lead to him being unable to afford a meal, he's also fairly proud of his 'code'. Said code goes as follows: 1. No killing while on a job, aside leaving an unpleasant taste in his mouth, it also takes food from the mouths of assassins and mercenaries. 2. No stealing food. What's the point of stealing other things if you're just going to swipe some bread anyway? That's for the street urchins. 3. Sentimental items are a no-go. There are some lines that not even a thief should cross. He almost never turns down a challenge or a dare, once even successfully stealing the nightgowns of fifteen noblewomen in one night for only a few silver coins. He's often called on by the shady underbelly of the nobility to steal back gifts or items of importance from other nobles. His code makes him a bit less than hirable for certain jobs, but everyone has to have standards. His genuine nature often betrays his almost kleptomaniac tendencies. Between being a bit overly trusting and optimistic, he certainly doesn't seem suited for life in the shadows. If anything he sees burglary as both a hobby and a career. Despite his distaste for killing, he has a dagger and knows how to use it. More often than not though, he'll just throw some sand or powder in your eyes and sprint off.
Background
Jiru was essentially destined to be a thief. Abandoned at a young age, he made his living taking scraps and picking pockets when he could. The moment he discovered his blessing, he turned to minor burglary and through this trade became an expert at well...fleeing. Of course, he has been caught once or twice but between his polite behavior and the fact that the items he was accused of stealing were never on his person he could usually get off almost Scott free. Spending most of the money he could scrounge up on eating good food, he could almost never afford to sleep anywhere other than outside. That worked just fine for him though, having a place of his own would probably be boring. That way of living worked just fine until he was older, one can only fence so many things before catching someone's eye. For a while he was paid to steal specific items ranging anywhere from swords to jewelry and occasionally stealing evidence from the guards. After a while he was asked to steal a brooch that a man had given to a man in order for him to take her hand in marriage. Apparently the girl had passed away and the man wanted the item back, so he found the cheapest thief he could. Of course that just happened to be Jiru. The job went great, at least until Jiru was on his way out. He heard the widowed man cry out after noticing that the brooch was missing. All Jiru could hear were the cries that the item was the only thing he had left of her. Feeling terribly guilty he broke back into the building and threw the brooch at the man. Afterwards he was forced to lay low for a while in order to avoid trouble with the guy that had originally hired him. Strangely enough, that job hardly hurt his reputation as a thief. He had heard through his usual fence that the man that had hired him couldn't identify him from any other thief in town with a pair of cat ears. (Racist pig, not all thieves look alike >.>).
Likes
People, food in general, challenges, stealing, shiny things, new places, sneaky people.
Dislikes
Killing(not killers, everyone needs to make a living he just doesn't like to do it himself), muggers, being hungry, when people try to say that thieves don't work for what they get.
