I see [@MiddleEarthRoze] has presented a fine Chief Security Officer in Lt. Kan'Dosha. I will work on a Tactical Officer. As such, he should be a Lieutenant or Lieutenant (Junior Grade), but if I present the additional responsibility as Ship's Second Officer, he would therefore be a Lieutenant Commander. Would that be appropriate?
