[b]Biography[/b]: Currently 21 years old. Laura is originally from Spain, but she made her journey across the Atlantic at a young age with her parents who were hoping she could be cured of her illness--that of being deaf. She was born with such disability and therefore has never heard the sounds of nature or the voices of her loved ones. Laura has never uttered a single word either, choosing to communicate with hand signals she's practiced over the years in order to facilitate her communication with others.

Currently, the young woman is seeking an official job (or hobby) to occupy her time whenever she's not busy helping around the house. Her parents' property suffered major fire damage and while the three of them work together to rebuild it, Laura wants something else to do around town to take her mind off of their struggling situation. She used to enjoy the company of the farm animals, help her mother around the house, and contribute however else she could to their success before the incident, but ever since then, she looks forward to doing her daily share in the restoration process as fast as possible before leaving the house for the day in search of something new. 

[b]Equipment[/b]: A small blade stealthily tucked away within her clothes.

[b]Skills[/b]: To compensate for her lack of hearing, Laura has increased senses such as vision and taste. She is also educated and can read and write both Spanish and English.
