Can I make a suggestion?
Instead of making a huge single post such as the training post, maybe on the next one break it into 2 parts?
for example the first part of the training post could of been from morning to noon, then the second part noon to 4pm

I lost my first reply post and nearly the second one as well and that was a lot lot lot of typing to of re-done a third time after trying to piece my computer back together from slamming it into the wall.
