Phantom flexed his right hand, twitching it, trying to see if he could resist the power damper effect on him. He didn't need his powers to kill everyone here but he wouldn't get away injury free. By his estimate his plan would be set back by a year if he killed the mentors here. A year was unacceptable even with his amazing healing factor.
