[color=9e0b0f]The African crowned eagle ([i]Stephanoaetus coronatus[/I]) is the most powerful eagle of Africa as well as one of the largest. With thick legs and long talons, they can kill animals more than four times their size.

Loki's Syxtar Shade is an 8 lb. male with a 5 ft. wingspan. He is an aggressive predator that preys on the weak, truly personifying Loki's dark soul. He causes mischief on Loki's behalf. He is a force to be reckoned with.

[hider=History/bio]Loki's family is far from ordinary. The fact that they are Cervian people, supernatural beings that have a physical manifestation of their soul, called a Syxtar, is beside the point. His parents are the leaders of the Supernatural Mafia, a crime organization solely comprised of Supernatural beings. They are a formidable force that profits from the suffering of others. They are open to basically any task, no matter how violent or illegal, as long as it pays good money. Their paying clients include both supernatural beings and humans. They have bases located throughout the United States and a few in Europe.  

Loki grew up in a large house surrounded by forests where he could freely roam and hunt with his Syxtar Shade. A small community of Cervian people, many of which were a part of the Mafia, lived in the same forest. He and his younger sister were taught by a private tutor. As he got older, he spent more time with his father, who taught him the ends and outs of their family business. His mother with her wolf Syxtar taught him and his younger sister how to hunt, and they cooked and ate the majority of what they caught. 

After puberty, when his Syxtar settled into the permanent form of an African crowned eagle, he began traveling more frequently. He spent time at the different Mafia bases and shadowed associates on the job. When he turned 18, his father suggested that he attend Gringore Academy where he could further his studies and network on behalf of the family business.
