I had a question about the Faceless and how they are recruited. How do their parents or families figure into things, or are they all orphans? Or does it depend on where they're from and the countries' individual policies etc. Is it more like the SPARTAN program from Halo, where it's all very mysterious and secretive, and they're 'abducted' under false pretenses and then their deaths are faked, after meeting certain testing criteria. Or is it some other way I haven't thought of - just wondering, so I can work it out for my character background. 
Also, I shall send a PM regarding some questions I have that I'd like to keep more secretive too, and so that they don't end up filling up the OOC.
