[@Silverwind Blade], to answer your questions, I should have mentioned this (and I [i]will[/i] be working on the OP this afternoon, I'm taking notes on what to add), but it's a lot like the SPARTAN program from Halo. The Faceless are totally abducted, deaths faked, etc, to the point of it probably being very much illegal in the country's domestic laws and most definitely in international law. No one but the Faceless really know of this though the MOD is very careful about things like that getting out. The thing is, while the Principality makes the Federation out to be the source of all the world's evils, their record isn't exactly clean either. Children are abducted based on meeting certain criteria though.
