Oh i see what you mean. No when he was talking about monsters that was more or less just showing his though pattern and internal monologue. He didn't actually say anything about monsters out loud. Only the pink is things you could have heard :P. Though you might have noticed my characters hyper attentiveness after it all went down including his unconscious reach for a weapon.
