[@Zahrale] I like underfey!  We've run into them in the FATE campaign I'm in, but then, all fey are pretty much malevolent when it comes to humans in that world.  I think the fey/underfey division for the FATE game is based on intelligence.

There's a version somewhere else where underfey are the loose equivalent of the above world/underdark division (drow, duergar, etc).  Generally seen to be more menacing and malevolent.  If you've got the Seelie/Unseelie division, that probably already handles the concept.  I don't know that I've encountered any with both fey/underfey and Seelie/Unseelie.
