[@Prince of Seraphs] well, if Falk's got alliances with the other two, not allying with Falk if the possibility presents itself is probably unwise for Spring.  =P  Of course Nyx doesn't knwo that Falk doesn't unduly manipulate friends (and I'm not entirely certain that's the case.  Betrayal and manipulation are not the same, though manipulation that does undue harm would certainly be betrayal as well), but even so.

[@Zahrale] To be more specific, goblins seem fine.  We already have one, and they can be played well.  And Nyx is a Mara -- which apparently is not completely unlike a boogieman.  Besides, in the end, how much a char is liked comes down to how it's played and personality.  Deliberately unpleasant characters can be enjoyed even if not liked, and they can be just as useful in many situations, and just as fun.
