‘So this is the underworld…’ Naisha thought as she felt darkness swallow everything… swallow her mind and soul.’ Finally we can be together again.’ She continued as the last pieces of her being were consumed and her mind started to vanish until finally all was black and silence reigned. At that final moment, she saw a light for a single moment, before everything vanished once more. She was dead… she lacked consciousness for a time. How long was she out of it, Nai did not know.’ Why am still thinking again?’ She knew not when it happened, but she was conscious again. She could think! She could even hear distant sounds.’ Are those waves and voices?’ She thought, but felt herself losing it once more. She felt so completely drained of energy. Unknown time later she once more started to come back from the depths of the unconsciousness. At first she couldn’t open her eyes, but she could hear sounds. She tried to open her eyes.’ Am I alive again?’ She asked herself, struggling to open her eyes.’ Or am I actually dead and this is the underworld?’ She continued her thoughts as finally her eyes opened slowly. She couldn’t make out the surroundings, her vision was blurred. She sensed her horns and tail though. She was still her corrupted self which actually led her to believe she was indeed alive. If she died, she should have been purged of the demonic corruption, put though countless years of pain and torture before finally being released into the underworld. Then what was this place? Finally her vision returned completely as she saw the ceiling and blinked, looking around as she tried to get into a sitting position.” What is this place…?” She asked, finally noticing she wasn’t alone in the room. Immediately Naisha gripped her staff that was chained to her left arm. Only one other person seemed awake and she looked unusual. Naisha’s first instinct was to blast this place into oblivion, but she lacked the energy to do so at present. She was also very hungry. Noticing she also had a meal placed by her, Nai decided it was only right to quickly eat and regain as much strength as fast as possible. One never knew when she had to kill people. Without even noting the silverware, she directly grabbed the steak with her arms and started eating in large bites. From the outside it would look like an incredibly savage way of eating and it was. She had spend years in the wilderness, living almost like a wild beast without any conveniences before she returned to civilization to destroy her enemies. Naturally a lot of manners were gone.
