[u][b]Powers [/b][/u]( 3 power sets ( Example : The power to control light , then it's upgrade will be the power to control darkness and then maybe the power to make clones out of darkness / light , something like that ) , only one of them will be available at the start of the RP and the other 2 will be "unlocked" as the story progresses ) : Weapons Specialist (working on upgrades, maybe the ability to dual wield, or learning how to use bigger and more complex weapons

[u]Outfit[/u]: Combat boots, fishnet tights, shredded shorts, black bra and fishnet top, a couple belts of ammo worn as actual belts.
[u]Physical Appearance[/u]: Heart shaped face, piercing blue eyes, long hair that she dyes dragon's blood red and pulls it back into a pony tail. 5'2, 110 lbs., tattoos on her forearms and thighs.

[u][b]Costume [/b][/u]( and how it looks ) OPTIONAL ( your character can choose to show their identity and not wear one ) : Doesn't wear one. Wants everyone to see who shattered their world.

[u][b]Personality [/b][/u]( how will they behave with the other students ) : Wide eyed and chaotic. Loves the murder and and the mischief.

[u][b]Background [/b][/u]( how they got their powers or when did they first used them ( if they were born with them ) : She first found her love of guns from her father. Her father was always off creating madness of his own when she was little. Unfortunately as she was still learning from him, he was imprisoned by superheros. She took it upon herself to keep the family name alive. She practiced and practiced and when they finally opened up an academy for villains, she knew she had to go.

[u][b]Notes [/b][/u]( things that only matter for story ( like : tattoos , birthmarks , scars , items ( like rings , pendants etc ) : The only tattoo that 'matters' is her large MAYHEM tattoo on her inner forearm. She wears her father's ring (Chaos etched in a titanium ring) on a silver chain around her neck.
