Irina Ivanov Location: Auditorium, then following NIlin Mentions:[@Jinxer][@banjoanjo][@Thundercrash] ’Careful, Irina….’ ‘What? Who?’ Irina had heard her name being called through one of the thoughts but had not caught whatever the person was thinking fast enough. It sounded like Arthur, but then again there were so many other voices dancing around in her head that she did not have the attention span to sit there and try to figure it out. Not only did the young woman now have to deal with all of the voices, but she also had to work with her new found ability, and also try to wrap her head around what exactly she had just seen Nilin do. ’So, an illusion? But is it merely optical or has she planted it in our minds? Assuming that it is, in fact, an illusion. He briefly glanced over at Irina. If it's the latter then we might have a problem. If we were wanting to leave, that is.’ Without moving, Irina listened closely to the message that Arthur had thought. She bit her lip as her brows furrowed in concentration. Surely if what Nilin had just done was something that had been planted in their minds, Irina would have felt it. Or she would have at least felt something. Anything. Yet she didn’t. Her green eyes quickly glanced over at Arthur and make contact, which she followed by a quick shake to her head. She attempted to re-assure the young man that it was not the latter without drawing too much attention towards her. ’Oh thank you!' The voice was louder than the others suddenly which caused Irina to slightly cringe, but not to where the others could notice. Stasya was speaking to her now which was surprising. Irina never would have figured that the young and timid girl would ever really reach out to her. Irina followed the Russian girl’s thoughts with intent and diligence as she tried to understand everything that was trying to be told. Once Irina deciphered the thought process along with what was being directly thought her way, her own gears started turning in her head. Stasya had a point. If Irina could somehow manage to connect with everyone then maybe they could have a sort of privacy, but to do that, she would need to practice. Not only that but she had to be very careful of how she came about it. One wrong move or thought would mean that everyone could possibly hear everything that was inside of her mind which was not always happy. ’I’ll help… I will need time to get better at this but I will help as much as I can.’ Irina attempted to do everything the same in her mind as she did earlier to be able to reach Stasya, even going as far as repeating herself several times. ’Atticus to Ivanov here, testing out the communication lines. Do you copy? Over.’ ‘Uriel! Can you still hear me?! Come on say yes…’ Irina tried her best to try and touch back to everyone that had heard her “mind shouting”. It was a better outcome then she had expected, which meant she was a bit stronger. Unfortunately her attention could not be kept on her inner communication for long due to Nilin escorting them somewhere else. The group exercises. Irina would be paired with Stasya. Part of her wish she could have just gone and sat down with Abel, but the other part was thankful. Stasya seemed to have a good mind link with Irina which gave her more time to practice. Nilin went ahead and told them to converse amongst each other to be able to tell how their powers coincided. Irina simply blinked at Stasya and stood awkwardly as she shifted her weight from one leg to the other. Irina was half Russian and half Spaniard. Her mother spoke more Spanish than Russian so she spoke choppy Russian although she understood it well enough. She could think it way better than she could verbally speak it. With a small and apologetic smile, Irina went up to Stasya and pointed to her own forehead. “I hear you.” She followed her sentence by switching her pointing direction and placing her finger near Stasya’s forehead.
