[b]Culture[/b]: The Culture of Staratia is influenced by the many states that once were independent , the north with their coastal cities is more urban and literate while the south is rural and somewhat illiterate (20% pop or so), however , there is a homogeneous culture from the past and many independent states considered themselves Starians and part of a larger community of the same origin (something like Latin) , but not of the same language since many languages are considered official in their respective states , however , to the world Staratia speaks Starion.

[b]Army[/b]: The Army of Staratia is a volunteer army , people only join if they want to , this overall has it's advantages and disadvantages , previous to the formation of Staratia many wars were fought with thousands upon thousands of peasants , that was decided to be gone as a condition from the states to the central government in order to unify it. The army of Staratia is half meritocratic and half aristocratic since it is easy to ascend if you are good in war or you are from a good family.

[b]Geography[/b]: The Country of Staratia is a combination of hills and plains , with one mountain range passing through it , most of the coast is hills while the center of the nation is plains , this has made a central rural population with a coastal industrial focused one.
