As a ghoul, she has a sadistic personality, cutting off Yukinori Shinohara's leg so that he could "match" with Juuzou Suzuya's injuries and taunting Kurona and Nashiro about their parents' death. Her twisted personality is possibly the result of fighting to stay alive during her early years in the 24th ward. As a result, she has no qualms about remorselessly slaughtering humans and ghouls alike. Like many ghouls, she is able to compartmentalize her ghoul and human alter egos with relative ease. Since she doesn't see any value in human life, this indicates that she has a misanthropic view on humanity. Whether her views on humanity was a factor in her attacks on the CCG is still unknown As Sen Takatsuki, Eto projects a childish air around her through her actions and overall demeanor. She appears to be quite playful and ditsy at times, oversleeping on the day she was supposed to be signing books and taking photos with admirers when it was prohibited by her manager. According to Haise Sasaki in his profile he constructs through the analysis of her works it leads him to speculate that Eto is a woman filled with despair and hatred towards the world, having completely abandoned hope long ago. Like her mother, Eto has a very sharp intuition about the feelings and desires of people, which she exploits to the fullest when taunting her victims. She's shown to be an apt leader and has the intelligence to lead a league of powerful ghouls without any real internal setbacks. As an author and intellectual, her intelligence far exceeds the average individual. As an Outliner, she tends to not lash out on members and focuses more on their goals. Her reasons for joining are uncertain, but it may very well relate to the lack of hope she had for her world and perhaps now sees a new opportunity for a ghoul such as herself in this multiverse where anything is possible. She's still not above being cruel, and killing her own allies, but she's completely submitted to the 'Envisioning One', as such she'll only playfully mess with the members' minds. Bio: It is unknown what she has lived through in her universe's version of Tokyo and what brought her to Arcadia in the first place, but she is said to be one of the first to have set foot on the planet after it was wiped out. As such, she was mostly alone and would end up unable to feed due to a lack of human or ghoul presence. Eventually, more 'anomalies' would set foot on Arcadia, and generally would be at a power level she could approach, consuming them after a battle and a series of toying with their last traces of life. With her sadistic and cruel personality, as well as the lunacy of what she had become with her mutation, she was well on her way to build the Alliance of Conquerors with Satsuki Kiryuin, someone she actually had trouble fighting with for the first time in Arcadia. They became friends, or at least a very twisted kind of relationship they could only find the word 'friend' to qualify it. By then the Outliners had already gathered the Ethereal army and the Quincies and would be a bit before Apocalypse's first breath on this world (using it as a reference, because Apocalypse is now the Jesus of this RP), she'd finally cross paths with a rather dangerous bunch. They didn't identify themselves and it was in a different universe. The events are blurry when she tells this story, but she said she had met the one the aliens call the 'Envisioning One'. A person whom she believes she shares a lot in common with, notably their lack of hope in their world. The ideals of the Outliners were not exactly like the Aogiri Tree's, but the idea of maintaining balance gave some rest to Eto's mind and her fellow Ghoul who have been persecuted for far too long. The last thing they needed was her bullshit to attract them even worse threats than the CCG. As of now, she's possibly the highest ranking operative in the Dark Outliners, that isn't because of her power. Rather, it would be her completely merciless attitude and powerful leadership as well as her personal connection with the group's leader that she holds this rank. Abilities:

Ghoul Body: As not only a half-ghoul, but also a natural one, she's is considered to be much stronger than normal or artificial ghouls. The strongest a normal ghoul reaches (in normal circumstances) is a strength that is about seven times stronger than a human's. In Eto's case, it is logical to assume she is stronger than that, making her pretty high in Arcadia's strength tier. Added to that would be a Ghoul's ease in derailing a large police truck without any effort, a testament of how strong an anomaly like her can be. Ghouls also have enhanced resistance to damage, said to have skin as hard as steel, which is confirmed by the fact that they're virtually invulnerable to weapons made of normal material. They are also quite fast, have high reflexes and are quite agile, making Eto capable of easily keeping up with the speed tiers in Acradia. They also have better senses, especially smell as the can easily distinguish people by it as well as having extremely accurate hearing. As a half-ghoul, it is considered impossible to differentiate her from normal humans without either revealing her ghoul eye or physically examining her.
Healing: Like most ghouls, she can heal rather large wounds fairly easily, though the severity and the amount of damage she took in total counts. The more a ghoul has eaten recently, the strong the healing, though Eto's immense power indicates she's eaten so much in her life time to give her a large amount of life energy to spare. However, she is said to be capable of surpassing this healing. See Transcended Healing.
Ukaku Kagune: Eto's kagune takes the form of two muscular blades on her shoulder blades and 6-8 kakuhou form spikes from her back that can shoot bullets similar to her father's. Due to the high number of kakuhous in her body, her kagune abilities are very diversified. Combined with her knowledge about Kagune and her creativity, Eto's skill with her kagune is far more advanced than most ghouls shown so far. After the timeskip, her kagune takes the form of multiple grotesque appendages attached to her back. The appendages can be shaped into eyes, mouths, arms, and legs in order to suit Eto's purposes. They appear to be sentient as they speak and express their opinions about Kanae's flesh tasting terrible and encouraging Eto to kill him. Her kagune appears to be more than a limb for her to hunt with and more like an extension of her consciousness. Like Nutcracker, her kagune is also detachable, capable of ensnaring her opponents with relative ease.
Kakuja - One-Eyed Owl: Due to cannibalize ghouls at an early age and quickly became a kakuja. Ten years ago, Eto's kakuja formed two large scimitar blades from her shoulders to counteract the close-combat weakness most ukaku ghouls have. With two large blades, she could cover the distance between her opponents, parrying incoming attacks and striking back. Eto's first kakuja kagune also formed a mask with one hole on the right eye's position and three zigzag lines on the left, with two lines at the mouth's position slanted downwards, deceptively similar to her father's mask. In her current full kakuja form, Eto takes the appearance of a large, monstrous creature with her Ukaku kagune growing into large spikes protruding from her back, has four scimitar blades instead of two from her shoulders, large bird-like feet, and her mask develops four horns along with a single eye in the center with three markings on the side cheeks and the forehead. In this form, she is nearly unstoppable. While her ukaku kagune covers middle to far distances, her Kakuja cuts down those in front. Her ukaku kagune are capable of shooting projectiles large enough to overwhelm most seasoned CCG investigators. The projectiles were also able to knock out an Arata Proto equipped Yukitori Shinohara and Iwao Kuroiwa through brute force alone. Unlike most kakujas, she is able to maintain her consciousness. So far, Kishou Arima and Ken Kaneki are the only combatants able to stand on equal footing with Eto in this form. After the timeskip her kakuja appears to have increased even further in size, to the extent where its tongue is bigger than her actual body.
Torture Metamorphosis: Eto has a very strange way of interrogating and torturing 'interesting' subjects. As shown when utterly ruining Kanae's mind, she is particularly good at entering even the most resilient of mind barriers. However, this is mostly thanks to her completely messed up Kagune serving as a 'poison' when stabbed into her subjects. They consume them, even if they were to resist it fully the neverending voicing both heard in their heads but also in their ears as her Kagune endlessly blathers nonsense, would eventually screw up any thought process they'd have. Eventually, the subject would have some of her 'power' and if they're not a Ghoul would develop Ghoul-like abilities such as a weaker version of her Kagune and slight Ghoul enhancements. They also all inherit the 'Transcended Healing'. All those affected by this speak nonsense and behave extremely strangely but also aggressively, but they're completely submitted to Eto's will as she becomes their 'Loving God'.
Transcended Healing: Just as Noro and Kanae demonstrated, those with Eto's 'seed' after a long torture session develop an insanely powerful healing factor, recovering from even decapitation. Of course, there's a limit here too, as accumulated damage ends up wasting all their strength as Noro eventually succumbed to his injuries as well, the fact is Eto is virtually unkillable without completely breaking down her body via various methods (disintegration, big internal explosion, anything to make her head and rest of the body too messed up to heal). This becomes difficult as, unlike Noro or Kanae, she has a coherent thought process and wits.
Disrupting Echo: A special enhancement given by the Ethereals under her command. Alone she doesn't really have much psionic potential, as her being is from another universe. However the conscious Kagune she wields are strangely hypnotic to those she tortures and Ethereals have been capable of enhancing them with the influence of the 'Gift'. Essentially, whenever they endlessly blather when released, they emit a terrible sound that affects both living things and machines. Those living suffer the same effects of Psi-panic, except without it being treated as a psychic attack but as physically inflicted illusion (take that psychic immune shits). See 'Psi-panic' on the Uber Ethereal for effects. As for robots, they live the effects like some form of electromagnetic pulse interfering with their circuits. They have reduced mobility and completely blurred vision as well as weakened sensors. Countering this is difficult as the things can talk forever, but after about two minutes, adversaries can adapt to the influence for a long period of time. However in another encounter, they'd be vulnerable to it again.
Warped Mind: Essentially her ability to switch personalities and her Kagune manipulating her consciousness to hide specific elements about her and making it easy for Eto to lie her ass off to even mind readers. In other words, reading her mind won't do jack shit because I just don't like metagaming high ranked characters like these and she's a master deceiver.
Universe of Origin: Tokyo Ghoul

Name: Noro Alias: Noroi (True Name) Age: Unknown Species: Ghoul Gender: Male Affiliation: Dark Outliners Operative Eto's personal guard dog Personality: An intimidating giant in eerie silence, he seemed to communicate only through actions, not words. He'd also carried around a clock when being fought by Tsukiyama, Yomo, and Uta. Tsukiyama speculated that he is under a curfew much like a child. Noro never displayed any signs of pain or resistance when attacked and seriously injured and merely heals his wounds without any problem. The CCG has noted Noro's actions being unpredictable, as he sometimes ignored them and other times is ferociously aggressive. Such behavior is demonstrated in the 11th Ward Battle where he decimates the squad that discovers the wounded Ayato Kirishima but ignores Juuzou when he finds Yamori's body and later assaults the Itou and Quinx Squads during the Rosewald Investigation. From the perspective of an average ghoul, he ate an absurd amount of meat. Bio: As Eto's personal guard, everything she's done, he's done it with her. Abilities:

Ghoul Body: Monstrous as ever, Noro has absurd strength rivaling that of the strongest Ghouls. His erratic movements and lack of reason in his actions make it clear his own safety is irrelevant. His is completely indestructible unless his Kakuhou is destroyed. As his upper body and head were destroyed but he remained alive and in a frenzy as long as his Ghoul Organ remained.
Healing: Noro has displayed abnormally high levels of regeneration even by ghoul standards, being able to heal any severed body parts through immediate reattachment, even when it's his torso cut in half. He healed his injuries while fighting the Quinx and Kuramoto's squad, and re-attached his lower half almost effortlessly.
Bikaku Kagune: Noro had a very thick Kagune, which was able to consume food. With it, Noro easily destroyed CCG's computer system, and pierced through CCG's forces with minimal effort. During the Rose investigation, Noro easily annihilated the Quinx and Kuramoto squad, killing many members during the assault.
Kakuja While it may be considered more a 'Kagune' form, when Noro is pushed to a certain point, he is capable of rending his whole body completely irrelevant and burst out as this conglomerate of fleshy masses. The grouping of tentacles covered by gaping maws of various sizes is capable of filling an entire room and effortlessly dispose of multiple trained individuals. Destroying his core is the only sure way to kill him and has proven to be impossible without a sacrifice until now. Defensive and offensive capabilities are sky high, but there seems to be no real wit and an elaborate tactic could eventually win this thing over.
Universe of Origin: Tokyo Ghoul

Name: Tatara Alias: Chi She Lian's Brother Age: Unknown - Mid to late 30's Species: Ghoul Gender: Male Affiliation: Dark Outliners Executive Executive of Aogiri Tree Personality: As one of the Aogiri Tree leaders and a trusted subordinate working under the One-Eyed Owl, Tatara comes off as a rather loyal individual. He is portrayed as composed and stoic mostly. He often monitors the activities of the Aogiri executives that kills in cold blood when embarking on a mission. He is also proud of his immense stamina when fighting and the accuracy of his calculations as well. Tatara seems to have a taste for precision; as shown when he turns down Kaneki considering he's an artificial one-eyed ghoul. He appears to hold a grudge against Houji, to the extent that even the Quinque associated with him, is enough to make him enraged and lose his near unflappable composure.[5] He has also been noted by Ayato Kirishima to consider his underlings to be mere peons, something he willingly confirms. Bio: Since he follows Eto, most of his story relates to her's when in the Multiverse. Abilities:

Ghoul Body: Being highly experienced Ghoul, his natural strength isn't too far different from Eto's, with exception to her Kakuja form. He is considerably strong and can easily smash through steel obstacles all the while being as fast as the fastest of his kind (as seen when he easily caught off guard a highly trained CCG soldier, later to become a much stronger ghoul than he is). His strength is easily compared to Eto's as it is compensated with his accumulated experience and intelligence.
Healing: Like most ghouls, she can heal exceptional large injuries as long as his Kakuhou is intact. The extent may very well be estimated to be near Noro's level as he had been able to take a sword through his head and live until his kakuhou was destroyed. He has not displayed the overwhelmingly powerful regeneration of the other Aogiri members, but it can be assumed his regeneration is strong enough to withstand fatal blows.
Unknown Kagune: His kagune was capable of easily slaughtering an entire squad of CCG's investigators before approaching Seidou. In Tokyo Ghoul √A, his kagune is seen for a brief moment before his confrontation with Seidou. His kagune in the anime looks like a large, thick, blood red tail, and in the manga, his kagune resembles a long, thin and skeletal tail and the tip of it resembles a spearhead.
Kakuja Tatara has a developed kakuja. It appears as a large, muscular, and scaly armor with two large blade-like cannons on the back of his kakuja and a wispy looking tail. His kakuja head is triangular and has a gap in the front of his head that can produce flames. Tatara's kakuja resembles a salamander. Most uniquely, the emissions from his kakuja's highly concentrated Rc cells ignite, producing flames exceeding 4,000 degrees Celsius, as noted by Akira. The flames are produced around his head and are constant. Tatara can change the quantities of fire produced, simply from a small stream in front of his face, or a large wave of fire that can engulf multiple enemies in one quick attack.
Universe of Origin: Tokyo Ghoul

Name: Seidou Takizawa Alias: Owl Age: 25 Species: Half-Ghoul Gender: Male Affiliation: Dark Outliners' 'Special Operative' Aogiri Tree Personality: After his transformation into a half-Ghoul, his personality has changed drastically. Having fully embraced his nature as a Ghoul and the ideology of Aogiri Tree, he is a merciless killer with little regard for human life. He takes pleasure in killing, and expresses a belief in conquering fear through becoming the very monster one fears. While prone to erratic or wild behavior, he also shows moments of complete lucidity and awareness of his actions. His memories of his past remain intact, expressing resentment and frustration over being overshadowed by others in the past. As such, beneath his arrogant demeanor, his insecurities remain and have been preyed upon to make him view Kaneki as a rival. He also expresses feelings of resentment towards the CCG, hinting that he believes himself to have been used and then abandoned by them. In complete contrast to his human self, he has completely thrown away any concern for social norms or group order. He heavily imitates the mannerisms of Eto, with a sarcastic and cruel wit that leads to him mocking others. In terms of his feelings concerning other Ghouls and himself, he comments at finding the idea of Ghouls having affection for each other comical. He seems to enjoy causing others physical or psychological pain, taunting them and giving them lectures on the philosophies he has learned from Aogiri. Even so, when confronted by important people from his past such as Akira, he seems to express shame through covering his face and flees rather than deal with them. Despite all there drastic changes however, it is revealed during the events of the Raid of Rushima that deep down he still remains the same: insecure and desperate for praise. He went so far as to strike down his Aogiri superior Tatara mainly for two reasons: as revenge for what he did to him during the Raid of Anteiku and as a means to finally gain the approval of his ex superior investigator Kousuke Houji and to prove his ability to the CCG. But when the investigators once again raised arms against him, branding him as nothing more than an extremely dangerous SS-class ghoul, he butchered them all holding no regard for their lives. He then proceeded to display his savagery and lunacy once again by attempting to strangle his former classmate and friend Akira Mado with no intention of stopping. (Note: He did not betray Aogiri as the Outliners took care of their 'problem' before it reached that point). Bio: He has no reason to betray Aogiri as the CCG was put to an end by the Outliners in exchange for Aogiri's strength. Abilities:

Ghoul Body: As a Half-Ghoul, Seidou's base power can be compared to Eto's, even if he's artificial. Not only that, but he also holds the particular skills of a CCG investigator, giving him access to advanced skills in hand to hand combat and weapon wielding. His strength lets him rip trained humans' heads off with one hand as if it were but a 'pineapple' to pick up.
Healing: He wields the same levels of absurd healing as Eto and Noro, being able to reattach his arm instantly and even heal from terminal wounds without any trouble.
Ukaku Kagune: The kagune features the Owl's distinctive "plumage" of spikes along his shoulder blade, which can fire a barrage of crystallized RC cells across long distances, and can also swiftly shred through flesh. These crystallized shards can destroy quinques like the one Chuu Hachikawa wielded with ease. Takizawa's shards can also vary in size, some growing to be as large and wide as a pillar when fired from his kagune. He also has the unseen ability to extend his kagune into a large wing, which differs from Yoshimura's usage.
Kakuja - Owl: During his first fight with Sasaki, Takizawa appears to possess an incomplete version of Yoshimura's kakuja, and the usage appears to significantly degrade his mental state, causing him to ramble nonsense and engage in self-harm. During the events on Rushima and while fighting Tatara, his Kakuja seems to be complete. His face is now covered in a large mask of an owl's face and despite retaining his fighting like a psychotic berserker, he is seen as much calmer and methodical. He no longer rambles incoherent stuff, thinks about his moves, takes down Tomoe and Tatara and manages to regain his composure to converse with Hoji and the CCG in dialogue.
Note: He is capable of what Eto can, minus the Gargantuan Behemoth Kakuja form.
