A weapon that would annihilate any target with ease. A weapon the would crush any resistance, any threat, and topple any governing body.

Years upon years of failed or flawed results have been their track record. However, what happens when the right things happen at the right time? Would it create a viable subject? The answer is yes, and not just one. They have created many. 
Intelligent, strong, agile, crafty, cunning, and nearly impossible to capture. These specimens aren't your normal, everyday humans. No, these are modified and genetically altered hybrids. Many splices of animal genes have been put into a mixing bowl with human DNA. Out popped winged advanced hybrids.
