You can find a download link of [url=https://www.ygopro.co/]YGOpro Percy[/url] somewhere (Official link was shut down but program still works and gets updated) or go and play on [url=https://ygodevpro.com/index.php/downloads/]Devpro[/url]. There's currently no simulators that make everything manual like Dueling Network, unless you want to use Duel Portal which allows for custom cards and doesn't have a very large community.

There is, allegedly, a 'Duelingnetwork 2.0' in the works called 'Dueling Book', BUT, there's very little info on it and is possibly months away from completion if it was real. You can find info on it through various videos Yugitubers made or their 'official' youtube, facebook and twitter. The actual site has a gag screen or two for now.
