[b]Nationality:[/b] Toaster, er I mean Omnic

[b]Abilities:[/b]
[u]Primary fire:[/u] MAGNETISM - Throw a small but powerful electromagnet that sticks to a target or surface and causes all the metallic junk around it to suddenly rush inward. Works as a reverse grenade basically.
[u]Secondary Fire:[/u] MOMENTUM - A slow attack that is almost unstoppable if Galvano has the proper footing. Pushes enemies away, smashes enemies that cannot be pushed. Best used as a "melee siege weapon".
[u]Ability1:[/u] LAST BREATH - Cause the junk at a nearby area to lash out. This is useful for clearing out debris or to make an enemy lose their footing.
[u]Ability2:[/u] ENHANCE - Causes various junk to cling to a friendly target and interlock into an exoskeleton, giving them either a boost to armor or a boost to physical strength (jump, run, melee damage). Galvano chooses the bonus.
[u]Ability3:[/u] AWAKEN - Turns K-9 into a huge monstrosity that charges at enemies, pins them down, and eats their faces.
[u]Passive Ability:[/u] K-9 - Galvano is followed around by a small dog made out of animated junk. The dog slowly repairs nearby omnics or constructs, but if there's a trap / slowly moving projectile nearby, it kamikazes into it. When destroyed, it resurrects after some time.

[b]Personality:[/b] In human terms, Galvano has the personality of a 10 year old child. His commander in Overwatch discovered this far too late in the Omnic's service. But it is not that Galvano is immature - he is incorrigibly optimistic. Even when going to war, he [i]knows[/i] the enemy can be saved.

[b]Biography: [/b]Galvano is strange, even for an Omnic. He began modifying his body at a young age - and at first appeared to be devolving, until his owners noticed he was actually [i]experimenting[/i]. He was built to work in construction, and these modifications made him less efficient, so he was promptly scrapped. But instead of being destroyed, he managed to escape, posing as metal refuse from the construction site and hiding in the junkpile. That is, until the omnic crisis began.

For a few months after gaining true consciousness, his experiments were of an internal nature - thoughts, ideas, dreams. He underwent ridiculously fast evolution, forced upon him by the God Programs. Eventually, he began thinking of life - how making buildings was not that different than making Omnics. Or people. And he decided to return to the city, to share his new findings and ideas with others.

But the city was up in flames. The omnic factory was producing machines of war, up to its technological limit. The streets steamed with laser fire and explosions. It did not take long for the Overwatch to arrive, but they were already too late. 

The city has fallen.

They found him covered in blood, trying to reassemble a man who was torn apart by shrapnel. They opened fire and quickly crippled his legs and arms. He tried dragging himself on his remaining hand towards the corpse, to push its leg against the now blackened wound where it was severed. And when they read back his code, to try and explain this behavior and gain an advantage over the rioting Omnics, a strange noise seemed to constantly interrupt the flow of data. The Omnic, one expert said, was [i]crying[/i].
