Thinking of making a significantly augmented human mercenary from a rich background, maybe aristocratic, that got involved with hedonism and death cults. Developed a taste for, and then an addiction to, the thrill of the kill, throne geldings in the palm of his hand and high-end narcotics in his blood. Traveled to the Ghoul Stars for a more extraordinary experience and freedom from Imperial law where he now works as a freelancer, taking on whatever job tickles his fancy. Fancy implants and weaponry (Xenarch death-arc) but no psychic powers or superhuman gen-tech.
