Appearance: Shelly is 5'3" with curly shoulder length dark brown hair, usually tied up behind her right ear with an aging, but still functioning, fluffy Miffy scrunchy. Exceptionally Dark brown eyes adorn her tan face, dark enough that without good light its tough to see where pupil ends and iris begins. An innocent button nose betrays her age, however her personality will set you straight again. Shelly only wears her own brand and when not in her supersuit prefers comfortable clothing, a big hoodie sporting her logo, sweatpants, an adhesive eye mask to obscure her identity and 2-in-1 chi aligning and posture correcting trainers. 

Power: Sensory Persuasion: Sensing Shelly causes temporary changes in tastes and opinions of the sensor, and the intensity of the perception correlates positively with the magnitude of change. For example, passively gazing at or listening to Shelly offers little to no change after a short period of exposure. However the feeling of Shelly against your bare skin has the chance to drastically alter current priorities and occasionally warp perception of reality. Its thought that Shelly gives off an "aura", a complex array of sensory information including but not limited to visual cues, pheromones, voice modulations, tactile stimuli and secretions in sweat that induce over stimulation and under stimulation in both the sensory and memory section of the brain leading to temporary random changes.  At this time it is currently unknown whether Shelly is capable of controlling this power; she is unable to turn it on and off and can't deliberately influence people positively. Her unconscious message influence in her favour only slightly more frequently that average.

It is unknown what effect Shelly has on those with extrasensory abilities, although the link between intensity of the sensing and amount of change to tastes and opinions is likely to hold true. 

Shelly is effected by her own talents but as she is exposed to them more and as a result much more resistant to them.

Personality: Shelly is a young entrepreneur. Bold, independent, verifiably the best taste in fashion known to man. She's by no means clever though but doesn't often finds herself outwitted. She notably athletic or tough either. Shelly relies on her ability to read the situation and read people, diffusing situations with her social skills and her patience. When that doesn't work, things get weird and then tend to sort themselves. Shelly's learnt not to be shy, her behaviour has a more lasting effect on people than her powers do. Despite her associating with more understanding people now, she still finds it tough to truly trust others, and more worryingly, this mistrust has always scaled with compatibility. The best way to describe how close she lets people get to her is at arms length. This doesn't stop her being warm, kind and patient though as she fully subscribes to the idea of treating others how she'd like to be treated. 

Bio: As a result of her power's subtlety it took her much longer to work out what was going on. 4 break ups, gradually crazy friends and parents; [i]at least work hadn't changed[/i]. It wasn't long after the realisation that she might be gifted, that the irony settled in too, you couldn't ruin the taste and opinions of those which had no taste. She quickly rose through the ranks, partly due to her own particular talent for outfit design, partly due to her new found powers of bizarre taste and partly due to her father's reputation. Brunhilde Königberg was the name she had printed on the labels and it was no secret to anyone inside the fashion industry, but was a marketing ploy to make her more successful with the customers; they liked the idea of buying artwork by a fantasy German princess of a "king mountain". Garbage was a secret though, it was through Garbage that Shelly could make contact with people like herself, who would understand when she explained her power and could except her for it. In return for patience, stability and understanding she offered help in costume design. Shelly by no means an expert in the some of tech that many are fitted with, but has experience shaping the tough to manage materials a suit needs to be made from and the top of the range tools to do it with. 

Shelly eventually joined the university in the hopes of getting a handle on her powers.
