[@VitaVitaAR]Erm... Futakuchi-onna literally are women transformed into youkai. But since you've stated it's different in-setting, then I'll edit. And what I meant was they had to live as human as in only being able to eat in private since they can only intake sustenance through their rear mouths, which is a task that can't be committed in public or at the work place, which sounds like a pretty drab lifestyle tbhq.
