I'll probably get powers posted at noon(EST) tomorrow. You'll have right up until then to get a CS in to be a part of the first wave. Latecomers will be affected slightly, but don't worry, you'll still be able to start playing immediately and your character won't get the short end of any stick. 

Sorry to be vague, there's something I'm keeping a bit close to my chest.

I've already posted so I am not worried about the time frame, I was mostly just impatient to see when we might see the powers :D
