With everything going on, she knew that it shouldn't bother her...but she couldn't help it. There was no possible way that she'd be able to get to her tumblr account with it, preventing her from one of her favorite relaxation hobbies of reblogging memes about Benedict Cumberbatch's name. Reminding herself that she couldn't go on tumblr if she was dead, Cecily put the phone away. "Thanks. I'll text you the list of all the kits and all once you've sent an evidence type listing." She raised an eyebrow at his comment. "Are you going to tell me about how your parents died when you were a baby, and it put you on the path for a life of crime, only to be redeemed?" Cecily teased. "You're almost Batman, then. Or I suppose Iron Man. If you were rich, of course." It was easier for her to think of this entire mess like a volume of Jessica Jones. It seemed safer, allowed her to feel detached from it all. Had this been just a story, she wouldn't have been upset at Wallace's death, and instead would've been excited by the tension. The major difference, of course, was that in comic books, there were heroes. Reminding herself of that, the brief illusion fell away, and Cecily sighed slightly. "What if I told you I still hadn't acquired the taste for coffee yet?" Cecily joked, thankful that he blew the smoke away from her. It always annoyed her, getting a cloud of smoke blown in her face. Her parents likely would've done that without noticing it, the pair of them too focused on the latest celebrity criminal they were defending in court. Her heart stopped beating for a moment, seeing the rugged Mexican federale pull up on the trike. She had to remind herself that she owed the man, as it was all she could do to not cower behind Gregory. "See you later, then," Cecily said simply, giving Gregory a brief hug. She took a deep breath and caught the helmet, thankful that Caesar at least seemed to follow the law. She couldn't deny that she was just a bit starving, with the only food she'd really seen all day trampled. Nodding to accept Caesar's offer, Cecily put the helmet on, and climbed onto the back of the trike. "So you wanted to talk to me about something?"
