Day 43 1:15am

[color=f49ac2]"We have many who fight if needed. We have been attacked and had to rebuild a wall and make adjustments to the building and some of the rules but for the most part we have done really well here."[/color] Nikki didn't want to give away too much information before getting to know this girl. She smiled and hoped that would put her at ease. [color=f49ac2]"I'll wait here while you take your shower then I'll take you to your room. It'll be upstairs."[/color]

Nikki sat there and heard the shower just a few minutes later and when they turned off she waited for Alexis. It was almost 2am and she wanted to hurry back to Kyle. She was visibly tired. Once she saw Alexis she realized she was more tired than she thought. [color=f49ac2]"Do you mind if I tell you where it is? It's been a terribly long day and I'm about to fall asleep right here."[/color] Nikki walked her to the stairwell and and told her exactly where her room was. [color=f49ac2]"Feel free to lock the door when you are in there, I lock mine."[/color] Nikki smiled and yawned hard as she headed back to her room. She crawled in with Kyle who nearly suffocated her with a bear hug in his sleep. She poked him in the rib a little and he let her breathe. Nikki fell asleep in his arms again.
