She's not hiding, as far as I know, Hibiki and Shizuka are on Gamma, while Victoire is on Iota, right now.

Let's not add physical distances here, it'll just make the battle complicated, since Hibiki is using a Sniper rifle it's fair to say that she can target enemies on adjacent sectors. She can make the shot, as far as I know.
