Quick question about elemental magic. Would conjuration type magic be allowed? Like creating elemental armor/weapons, creating elementals, that kinda stuff. 

What about a spell that hinders someone's movement? Encasing their legs in ice, having some roots come out of the earth and latch onto their legs, etc.
