On an absolutely theoretical level. I don't think there should be that kind of artificial barrier. I'm really enthralled by events that could [i]technically[/i] be beaten by someone with the lowest level on everything and who has never played the game before, even if it's ridiculously hard to the extent of being nearly impossible. Essentially, any level should be beatable when tool-assisted.
