Hmmm...what helps me use my powers fully ? It's adrenaline. A fight will make my bones answer to me , mostly. Sometimes they end up sticking baddies to walls or through them but I don't think I've killed anyone... 
When I was small and I just got my powers , some kids started bully me because I was different than them and I didn't have control at all back then. I couldn't even make a small bone come out of my body but when they attacked one day...I knew exactly how to do it. I don't know how...but when I willed my chest bones to move out and encase them in a cage , they did. Just like that. [/color] " Alexandra was relieved to talk with someone about her powers.
