However, she is usually a bubbly, optimistic girl on most days. Iza is very social and doesn't mind talking to strangers. Luckily for her, she couldn't care less about negative comments. Bio: Iza grew up in a fairly large city, but had always wanted to go to Shine City for all the beautiful people, styles, and aesthetics. She got her wish when she went to Shine Academy. She got a degree in fashion and photography. She had to work some low paying jobs before finally getting a job in the area she wanted. Unfortunately, it was at the bottom of the ladder. It took her forever just to finally be able to be a recruiter. Still, she'd like to one day be able to take her own photos and make all the big decisions.
