[@ayzrules]hydra would actually be my first target.  Mainly I want to get them working together under my guidance, and if hydra and (maybe) doom or another house has to fall remake that happen, he doesn't really care.  I don't expect everyone to join, though, so I don't think it will be that one sided, especially with only four other houses being invited.

It's up to you, though.  If you want me to only ally with one other house or you want the peace talks/alliance to fail, I can do that too.
