Traveling under the age of 10 meant Sofia was always under adult supervision, even to this day she has Mr. Wolfe (butler) watching over her but thankfully not like a little girl. Sofia would simply observe her surroundings and convince her mother to allow her to try new adventures like sky diving. Bianca wanted to have a heart attack with the idea of her child dropping from a helicopter but the house butler assured her that Sofia would be fine. Along with her constant need to put her life in danger or feeling things like being shot at with a bulletproof vest on, Sofia started building her profile as a child model and had a acting tutor that traveled the world with them. Her mom promised her that once they were settled in America that she would help her daughter in her pursuit in acting and modeling. The only reason why Sofia would use her parents' help is for their connections. Other than that, Sofia can and [b]would[/b] do the rest. Mr. Wolfe taught her how to be independent and not rely on anyone but herself, he even taught her how to protect herself. There was no doubt in her mind that Mr. Wolfe had other reasons why he taught her how to fight like a killer. He saw her father in her, which meant he saw a boiling temper that needed to be trained. Yes, when Sofia was a little girl she would scream until she got what she wanted. One of her most memorable nights was when she was 9 years old, stressed her mother to the point of tears, and caused her father to explode, which she never bore witnessed to. He slapped her across her face, yelled horrible things, and broke all her toys, like her dollhouse, which he has never done before, and rarely does to this day. That taught her a big lesson. Words mean nothing. They were empty. To her. If she wants something she had to get it herself, by any means. If she had a problem, she had to deal with it using her own strength and wits. Let's fast forward to them settling at Lakewood. Her focus was becoming a young celebrity known on the web (social media, IMDB, Facebook) and around the world. She didn't want to be known as Christopher and Bianca Helmsley's daughter, she needed to be recognized as her own person. There was so much she needed to achieve and not enough time. When her dad gifted her with Misty, her manager, that helped a shit ton because as much as Sofia doesn't want to admit it, she isn't the most organized person. The young Helmsley has thousands thoughts coursing through her mind and wants to achieve so much, but because of this, she has a tendency to get distracted with her [i]preys[/i] or wild adventures and drugs. Her 'distractions' as Mr. Wolfe would put it brought to surface incidents where she hospitalized a couple of her peers out of blood rage anger. After the third incident that money covered, Bianca requested Mr. Wolfe to become her daughter's therapist, without necessarily telling Sofia he's looking out for her mental health. He agreed without any argument. Coasting in school with her grades and rep, Sofia wanted to focus her time on her appearance within the outside world. If she could choose, she would get home schooled when she has time and just focus on her career! But. Her mother thinks it is best if she tries to have some kind of normal teen life. As admirable as her mother's idea is, Sofia knows that she can never be normal. Her life was decided before she was born. The only way to escape her family's name is by working on her skills and showing the world (her father) that she doesn't need anyone to be successful. The main difference is the Matriarch of the house requests Sebastian to watch over the twins, while Julian watches Christopher's beloved. Of course, that is kept between Christopher, Julian, and Sebastian.
