Ranna went to the dining hall and grabbed an orange and left. She wanted to get a start on the day's work before it got too hot. She peeled her orange and started working on turning the soil so they could plant it that day if possible. She kept thinking about Kyle. She knew he was right about keeping it quiet about them. She couldn't help that it felt like lying to her. She was determined to be as patient as possible for Kyle. The part she was worried about was for how long? When would be long enough? She couldn't worry about that right now. She was focused on getting food in there. Another day of back breaking work ahead of her. Her back was already giving her grief. It was going to be a long day.
