Personality: He is uncaring about basicly everything. If you get on his good side he wont be as much as a jerk as if you are stranger. He is psychotic. usually tricking his prey into thinking he isnt the killer they are running from. Luring them into his trap. It works. He is also very sarcastic, though sometimes he sounds sarcastic when he means it.

Black fog-
He can create a black red mist/fog which surrounds his target this is only visible to his target and fallows them. The fog barelly lets any light in making the person not be able to see. 
Endless Flame- 
He can create a flame and launch it from his hand to burn his victums. He doesthis as a way of fun since killing for just killing lost intrest.
