I will add some negatives in there, but to give further suggestions, you should add a "Quirks" section because when someone just puts up "Personality" on their CS template, I'm going to give a general run-down of the personality. If you want to see a specific thing, then having Quirks there requires the writer to fill out those things. Maybe not always negative but definitely silly and awkward. But Quirks mostly yield something negative socially: bad habits, mental disorders, superstitions...etc.
