What exactly had happened at the U.N., and specifics like why or how it'd all gone down were not something Lucas was interested in just then, he had a much more pressing matter laying in a hospital bed before him, and it occupied every space of his mind at that moment. Lucas only took his eyes off Risa as the nurse came in, watching her as she moved over to check Risa's vitals and listening to her explanation. He didn't particularly feel like getting dragged into a deep conversation about specifics at that moment, so he just nodded his head once and gave her a quiet 'thank you' before letting her go. Watching her as she moved out, he sighed as the door closed fully. A part of Lucas regretted the fact that he didn't have his gun on him, he hadn't expected to need it at all that day, though he usually carried it with him everywhere. But then again, if the police might have been looking through the hospital for a murderer, perhaps it was for the best that he didn't have it on him, it would only attract unexpected attention. Besides, there was enough around that he could use, hell, the tray his food sat on could be a good enough alternative given the right scenario. For now though, Lucas just remained where he was, not touching the food yet, not wishing to do anything apart from watch Risa, and wait for her to recover.
