[@NightmareInd]Most of it looks good so far. If you don't plan for Charlie to have a Pokemon, you can bump him up to level 40 if you want. The Binding Band is totally fine. Your abilities section does reference the Magma Stone, which is rarer than I would like to allow a beginner character. But, considering it isn't known to give a power boost or anything, it's ok if you want Charlie to have that.
